A DAY AT ASCOT

Dress - Topshop
Blazer - New Look
Coat - ASOS
Boots - Topshop

So the weekend before last I went to Ascot races for Dan's birthday. What a good idea for a day out! It's so good, everyone had such a good time, you can bet if you want to, or for me you don't as you are too poor! I would really recommend going up to the upstairs part, I think its called 'premier admission'. It cost £10 I believe. It was busy but nothing like the downstairs section which was ridiculous, and you would never have been able to buy drinks!

This is what I decided to wear! There wasn't a dress code, but there were some people who were super dressy, and others who weren't, so I was in the middle, which was good. I know you can't see how beautiful these boots are so go over to the link and check them out as they are gorgeous! Also look how handsome the boys are!

Hope you are well, I have a few posts to go up so I won't go awol like I have been!!

Lots of love

DUBLIN 3 - EXPLORING

For our last day we decided to just have a mooch around the City, and didn't really have many particular plans. The pictures shown are of Trinity College (University in Dublin), and St. Stephen's Green. There was a Christmas market in the green, but to be perfectly honest it wasn't all that, so we just had a walk around instead. Someone I knew went to the zoo, which I wish I did as the pictures looked really good!

Overall, Dublin was really, really good. As I mentioned before if you are at Uni and not sure about going on a certain trip then I would recommend just to DO IT.
I don't think I will rush back to Dublin, as I'm not sure if there is much new stuff to do, but the night life was really good, so for a weekend city break I would recommend.

Hope you liked my Dublin Diaries.

4 Years with Dan!

Necklace - On holiday in Lindos
Top - Zara
Converse
Bag- Topshop

So it was mine and Dan's anniversary a few weeks ago and we went to Longleat to celebrate! I absolutely LOVED it!! It was so much fun. You drive around the park (took us around 2 and a half hours), then you can go to Longleat house, and the 'zoo' part.

We got to see all of the animals which was so good. The monkey part was so funny. The car in front of us got absolutely terrorised by them, literally pulling the car apart!! I also got to feed dear from the car window, which just seemed a little crazy. When we finished the drive around part, we went on a cruise on the lake, and saw Sea lions, and the gorillas. We also saw a bird show, which was good, although I felt on edge as the bird fly so close to your heads!

If you have a free day I would really recommend going as it was such fun. Also we got the tickets from tesco vouchers which made the day cheaper, as the normal tickets are like 30 pound.

My outfit I wore was really casual. I absolutely love Zara, and this simple T-shirt was from there, and you know when you can feel the T-shirt is quality material? It just feels nice! My normal ASOS jeans, and just casual high-top converse!

A day at the beach

The other day I got to finish work early, and myself and Dan decided to go to the beach! We decided to go to West Wittering, which I have been once before but not for a while. It was lovely! We were actually getting there when some people were leaving (about 3pm), so it wasn't too busy. It's been so warm lately that we even went in the sea, and I personally didn't think it was too cold (Dan thinks otherwise, what a wimp!). On the way home we stopped at a 'pizza pasta' pub, which was nice.

Virginia Water

Sunglasses - Rayban
Kimono - New Look
Bag - Accessorize
Flip flops - River Island (now in sale)
Necklace - Topshop

I feel like I haven't done a 'lifestyle' post in a while, and if I'm totally honest I haven't had that much of a 'life' over the last 6 weeks, as I've worked soooo much! 6 days a week really takes it out of you!

But anyway, last weekend myself and Dan went to Virginia Water. It was lovely, the weather was lush and it was nice just to have a walk around somewhere. If you live around the area it is a nice place to go, especially if you have dogs! Walking around made me and Dan decide that in a few years we will get a dog!!

When we got back to pay for the car park we saw the note attached (3rd picture). How sweet is this!! its part of the 5 acts of kindness a day. I posted to picture on my instagram and actually found the person who wrote the note, which was lovely.

Lots of love
