The other evening myself and my family went to a barn dance. It was at a local tennis club that my parents are members of, and my dad needed to fill a table. I have to just mention how hilarious the barn dance was! Myself and Dan walked in and I was think what the hell have I got myself into, but it turned out to be a really funny night. I think if you are with people you love and enjoy their company then whatever you do the night will turn out well. 

I didn't really know what I was meant to wear, but I have just bought this lovely skirt so wanted to wear it! Also I have recently bought this cami, which was in a two pack with a white one from ASOS. A while ago I didn't think high neck cami's suited me, but I think this cut is just beautiful, and it's not too highly cut.

Last weekend it was my cousins birthday so I was going for some tea and cake at my aunties. This kimono has appeared a couple of times already on here, but I can't stop wearing, which means I can't stop posting!

These little boots I stole from my sister, and they are currently in the sale, so I'm trying to find them in my local stores, but there are only small sizes! But they are super cute, so if you see them they are currently in the River Island sale.

These shorts are another recent buy from ASOS. I needed some shorts that were not hot pants! These are the Mom shorts by ASOS, and I would love them in other colours also!

I'm still purchasing stuff in the sale, any good recent sale buys?

The Hayden Jean

I have always been a skinny jean kinda girl, so when I saw all of these baggy sort of styles of jeans start becoming popular I was unsure whether I would be able to pull them off. 

A while ago when Topshop had extra student discount I decided to treat myself. I bought loads of pairs in different styles/sizes, and decided out of them. I decided to go for the simple ripped at the knee light colour ones, as I thought for the summer they will look great. The only thing about them is that around the waist they are too big, but a size down they were too tight on my legs, so I would definitely recommend trying a few pairs on. I have just ordered a chunky belt to wear with them to keep them up!

I have worn them so much recently, but these are 3 different looks that I have chosen to show you! (sorry the pictures are a bit crappy!)

Night out in Birmingham

Hey there! 

Last weekend I went to visit my friend in Birmingham at the weekend with about 15 of my other friends! It was a really good weekend and was nice to get dressed up looking nice! This is what I wore:

Heels - New Look (different colour linked)

I was lucky that my makeup and hair was done by my sisters! Hair was curled with the Enrapture Totem Styler, and the makeup was a mixture of MAC eyeshadows and MAC lipstick.

The joys of having sisters..

Hey there!

So do you ever have it when you look into a wardrobe full of clothes, but just can't find anything to wear? Well that happened to me and I had a party to go to! I am lucky enough to live with two older sisters who have even more clothes than me, so whilst I'm back from uni I make full use of their wardrobes! So absolutely none of the outfit that I'm wearing is mine, but thought I would do a post as I really liked it!

V Festival

Hello!

Last weekend I went to V Festival in Chelmsford, and it was AMAZING!! It was so good! I got to see loads of people who I love! The camping part was so relaxed as well. Previously I've been to Reading Festival where it's all been so muddy, and you feel damn right gross! But even without showering for a couple of days because the camping was fine it just seemed much nicer!

My favourite people to watch were Idris Elba (guy who plays Luther), Labrinth, Katy B, and Calvin Harris!

The day before we were going I had a mad rush in getting clothes to wear! I hadn't been shopping in ages so I went a little crazy and bought loads of things! Which seems a little silly as people are probably thinking 'you are only going to a festival!?' but never mind! The festival was 3 days and here are a few pictures of what I wore.

Dad's Birthday Outfit

Hey everyone! 

I can not believe I have neglected my blog for so long! :( Getting ready for exams, and was at home for easter has made me get so busy that I literally have had no time! But I will be fine to carry on from now on! I WILL make time!!

I just thought I would do a quick OOTD post. It was my dad's birthday whilst I was at home so we went out for dinner and this is what i wore. 

Top - Topshop

Jeans - Topshop Joni

Flatforms - River Island

I only just realised most of the outfit was from Topshop, but never mind! I recently bought the Joni jeans after buying Leigh ones for so long! So the Joni ones are high waisted and super super comfortable. I do warn you though as from trying them on i know that there are two types, the ones with the white lining are not as stretchy as the ones with black lining! They are all placed on the same arm in the shop but when you try them on they are really different sizes. 

I also just bought these flatforms (I have gone shoe crazy recently!!). I absolutely LOVE them. They can make an outfit just look that little bit nicer without wearing heels, but to wear them in the day would be really easy too. 

I know this was a really simple post! But hopefully my next one will be a little ore interesting!
